Wilfredo León

Wilfredo León is a men’s professional volleyball player playing for SIR Safety Susa Perugia, one of the top teams in the Italian professional volleyball league.
At age 14, Wilfredo León started playing with the Cuba national team, and in 2015, he acquired Polish citizenship and since then, he plays as the core member of the Polish national team. In 2018, León started his new challenge in SIR Safety Susa Perugia.
In 2023, he lead the Polish team to victory with a Gold medal at Volleyball Nations League (VNL) and has also recorded a new World Record of fastest serve at 138km/h.
